Khola Arts respects your privacy. This notice explains what happens to your information when you visit this site or buy a painting. It is not legal advice.
We do not store your payment details
All payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure systems and never touch our servers. We never store your card number, security code, or expiry date.
What is collected, and by whom
Stripe (our payment processor) collects your name, email, phone, shipping address, and payment information to process an order. Sanity hosts the painting catalogue and holds no personal data about you. Vercel hosts this website and may process basic technical/log data to serve and secure it.
Why we access your shipping address
So we can post your painting to you. We read it from Stripe at the time of fulfilment and keep only a minimal order reference (which painting, and whether it is paid or shipped) — not a separate copy of your details.
How we contact you
If you reach out by WhatsApp or email, we use those details only to reply to you.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. For payment and order data, requests may be directed to us and/or to Stripe as the processor. Contact us using the details below.
Cookies
This site uses only what is necessary to function. Stripe's checkout may set its own cookies during payment.
